At Guitar Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most instruments and accessories. If your instrument doesn't feel or sound quite right, our team is here to help you find the perfect replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack the instrument in its original manufacturer's packaging, including all manuals, tags, and accessories to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
